Kale Chips
These salted kale chips are super-easy, crunchy, satisfying, and simply irresistible. There's no way to have just one, which is absolutely fine because they're extremely healthy!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Use sharp knife to remove kale leaves from thick stems.

Tear into bite-size pieces.

Wash and thoroughly dry with salad spinner.

Massage kale with olive oil and sprinkle salt on kale.

Arrange kale on lined cookie sheet in single layer. Take care not to crowd kale; if you do it'll steam and turn soggy, and you want really crispy chips, so make sure leaves are truly in one single layer on sheet.

Bake until edges are nicely browned but not burnt (about 20-30 minutes). If you take it out of oven too soon, it will be soggy and not crisp!
