The new abcV is the latest from Chef Jean-Georges‘s Flatiron district empire, and it is a true vegetarian’s paradise! Lunch here included roasted cauliflower with turmeric-tahini dipping sauce; ancient grain pilaf with baby turnip, hazelnut, avocado, lemon, and crunchy sorghum; fresh spinach spaghetti with broccoli, kale, preserved lemon, fermented garlic, parmigiano, and saffron crumbs; and vegan coconut custard with tropical fruits. So many wonderful flavors!
