Cafe Turmeric

On my family’s recent holiday trip to Hawaii, we were delighted to find this all-vegan Indian food truck in Hanalei. We feasted on this curry made with fresh coconut, plus a tomato-based curry with fresh vegetables and spinach and chickpeas in coconut curry. Yum!
