This quiet little restaurant inside The Mirabeau hotel is such a gem. They’re most known for their fish but they easily accommodated our vegetarian requests and served us an amazing salad and pasta with black truffles. Dessert was the true highlight of our meal, though: butter crumble (toasted butter solids mixed with sugar) served with fresh raspberry granite and garnished with fresh snow. Yes, snow! It was light, sweet, delicate and incredibly innovative. And dessert didn’t stop there, we also had an assortment of uniquely flavored French macarons, like black licorice, and various flavored chocolate lollipops, which my kids just loved.
