You have to ski down the slopes and walk down a tight little alley surrounded by traditional Swiss huts to get to this charming restaurant with an amazing view of The Matterhorn, but it’s definitely worth the effort. On a recent trip here my family and I opted for traditional Swiss food: Rosti and Chipped Cheese, which is a local nutty Valais cheese thinly sliced to look like potato chips, and tastes a bit like parmesan and raclette. Our dessert was an amazing tiramisu and a super-flavorful (and colorful!) gelato. Findlerhof boasts a wonderful cornucopia of flavor on the mountain.
