Hofbräuhaus Kunstmühle

The Hofbräuhaus Kunstmühle, a historical gem hidden behind the façade of a 19th-century apartment house, is a tiny mill that grinds 6,000 tons of grain per year and Munich’s only mill that produces flour in the city center. Next to the mill is a tiny bakery that sells amazing breads and desserts freshly baked in small batches on the premises, using the highest quality flour right from the mill. We loved the pretzels (a Bavarian special), twisted bread stuffed with cheese, and whole grain bread – so soft, fresh, and healthy!
