Hudson Table

It’s not technically a restaurant, but I did enjoy an amazing meal at this popular cooking school, and it just so happens that I helped make it! Their “Vegetarian BBQ” class was right up my alley — the menu included mushroom burgers, green bean fries, crunchy asian slaw with ginger-tahini dressing, orzo salad with roasted cauliflower and parsley, pickled red onions, and chipotle aioli. My favorite was the Asian slaw because of the unique ginger flavor in the dressing. It was a fun and rewarding experience for sure!
