La Pecora Bianca


I absolutely love this vegetable-forward Italian restaurant in New York City’s bustling Flatiron district. Their farro salad has apples, arugula, pomegranate, goat cheese, pickled onions, and pistachio; and their toscana salad comes with Tuscan kale, roasted squash, Parmesan breadcrumbs, ricotta, and toasted pumpkin seeds with charred lemon vinaigrette. Amazing!
