Low Fidelity

Run by the same people as downtown Jersey City hotspot The Archer, Low Fidelity is the newest newcomer to the up-and-coming Jersey City Heights neighborhood. Since they just opened, they are only doing a small food menu of a few pizzas and appetizers, but a small food menu is big enough when it includes this amazing Earth First pizza: crimini and shiitake mushrooms, bourbon caramelized onions, ricotta, truffle oil, and parsley. Unbelievably good!
