As I’ve said before, eating at Union Square Hospitality Group restaurants is always such a treat. Marta, inside The Redbury hotel, is known city-wide for their super-thin-crust, wood-fired pizzas, like the one pictured here: Funghi, made with fontina and mozzarella cheese, hen of the woods and chanterelle mushrooms, red onion and thyme. And the perfect side dish or appetizer with any pizza? “Carciofini”, or grilled baby artichokes, with mint and ricotta salata. But don’t forget: Marta, along with all other USHG restaurants, is hospitality-included!
