Mission Taco

Before indulging in Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in the Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis, I made a trip to Mission Taco across the street. The menu has lots of great vegetarian options, especially the Wild Mushroom Empanadas — crispy corn masa pockets filled with roasted wild mushrooms, poblano peppers, arugula, chihuahua, and goat cheese. Melt-in-your-mouth delicious!
