Patina Restaurant Group has great Italian restaurants all across the country, but Panevino is an all-time family favorite. Its light and airy atmosphere, especially the gorgeous enclosed patio, makes it seem like it’s eternal spring at the restaurant. Their pasta and other ingredients are always so fresh, like the penne insalata pictured here: Warm penne pasta, sun-dried and cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, arugula, and shaved Parmesan topped with balsamic vinaigrette.
