Trinity

While New Orleans is known worldwide for their seafood, many restaurants in The Big Easy have delicious vegetarian and vegan options as well. One such restaurant is Trinity, located in the heart of the French Quarter. Pictured here is their artichoke and spinach stuffed shells with San Marzano tomato sauce and parmesan, accompanied by a delicious gin-based Southern Exposure cocktail with just the right amount of mint.
