Waffle de Lys

As the food truck craze continues to grow in popularity and has even reached the northwest suburbs of New Jersey! Waffle De Lys has a brick-and-mortar location in Central Valley, New York, but their food trucks travel all over, including to the White Meadow Lake community of Rockaway, NJ, where this lovely foodie photo was taken. This particular creation is the La Choco Berry, a traditional Belgian waffle with raspberry coulis, French vanilla ice cream, homemade whipped cream, and Belgian chocolate. Talk about decadent!
