INGREDIENTS FOR EASY SABUDANA KHICHDI
2 cups sabudana
1½ cups water
1 cup peanuts, raw preferable
2 teaspoons coconut sugar
1½ teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons cumin
A few curry leaves
2 inch piece of ginger, finely chopped
4 green chilis, finely chopped
4 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled, peeled & cubed
1 lemon juiced
Cilantro chopped for topping
Sabudana (Sago or Tapioca Pearls)
Peanuts, Coconut sugar
Olive oil, Cumin seeds, Curry leaves, Ginger, Green chilis, Coriander, Potatoes, Lemon, and
Cilantro leaves.
