Ingredients
1tablespoonolive oil
1bunchkale, (ribs removed, coarsely chopped)
2-3clovesgarlic, (minced)
Sea salt
1/4cupfreshly grated parmesan
1/2tablespoonred pepper chili flakes
1/4cuppine nuts
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add kale, tossing frequently until wilted (about 4-6 minutes).
Add garlic and sea salt and toss for 2-3 minutes.
Add parmesan and red chili pepper flakes, and toss to combine.
In a separate pan, dry roast pine nuts until you can smell the aroma of nuts (about 1-2 minutes).
