Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 fresh or frozen mango (chopped)
  • 2 dates (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate kernels
  • 1 teaspoon mint (chopped)

Instructions

Cooking Directions

  1. In a small bowl or glass, add ½ cup coconut milk yogurt.

  2. Add mixed berries and layer rest of coconut yogurt on top.

  3. Pile on mangoes, dates, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

  4. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint.
