1/2poundmini-sweet peppers
Truffle or sea salt
Instructions
Heat oil in large skillet over high heat until just smoking.
Add peppers and cook, tossing occasionally, until skins are blistered and flesh is softened (about 4 minutes).
Transfer to bowl and sprinkle with salt, tossing to coat.
