This chocolaty heaven is a truly amazing dessert. With the goodness of coconut oil, nuts, and goji berries, this bark is sinless!

Ingredients
300gramsvegan dark chocolate, (80% cacao)
1/3cupcoconut oil
1tablespoonvanilla extract
1teaspooncayenne pepper
1tablespooncinnamon
1/2cupcacao nibs
3/4cupmini-marshmallows, (vegan)
1/2cupgoji berries
1cupmixed nuts, (pistachios, almonds, chopped)
1/2cupcoconut flakes
Instructions
Pour 2 cups water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Place a heatproof bowl on top of the pan and add chocolate, coconut oil, and vanilla extract into the bowl.
Stir gently until the chocolate is completely melted.
Remove from pan and stir in cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and cacao nibs.
Add marshmallows, nuts, goji berries, and coconut flakes, and mix well. Save some nuts, berries, and coconut to sprinkle on top when finished.
Spread mixture into prepared baking pan and use wet hands to press down the mixture.
Sprinkle reserved nuts, berries, and coconut on top of the mixture.
Refrigerate for 1 hour to set. Keep bark refrigerated and serve straight from there; they do not have any stabilizers or additives so they do not hold their solid form at room temperature.
