Chocolate Berry Nut Bark

This chocolaty heaven is a truly amazing dessert. With the goodness of coconut oil, nuts, and goji berries, this bark is sinless!

  • 300 grams vegan dark chocolate (80% cacao)
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs
  • 3/4 cup mini-marshmallows (vegan)
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (pistachios, almonds, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes


  1. Pour 2 cups water into saucepan and bring to boil.
  2. Place heatproof bowl on top of pan and add chocolate, coconut oil, and vanilla extract into bowl.

  3. Stir gently until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Remove from pan and stir in cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and cacao nibs.
  5. Add marshmallows, nuts, goji berries, and coconut flakes and mix well. Save some nuts, berries, and coconut to sprinkle on top when finished.

  6. Spread mixture into prepared baking pan and use wet hands to press down mixture.
  7. Sprinkle reserved nuts, berries, and coconut on top of mixture.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set. Keep bark refrigerated and serve straight from there; they do not have any stabilizers or additives so they do not hold their solid form at room temperature.

  9. Cut bark into desired shape and serve.
