Ingredients
1slicewhole grain bread
2tablespoonshummus
1/4cuparugula , (or micro greens)
1/4English cucumber, (thinly sliced)
4-5caper berries
3cherry tomatoes, (sliced)
Cracked black pepper
Instructions
Toast bread, making sure it’s well-toasted and super crisp. I prefer Mestermacher or Feldkamp bread!
Spread hummus on toasted bread.
Layer toast evenly with arugula or micro greens.
Top evenly with cucumbers.
Layer caper berries and cherry tomatoes.
Crack some black pepper over the whole thing and serve.
