1/4cupmixed berries
1/4fresh or frozen mango, (chopped)
2dates, (chopped)
1teaspoonwalnuts, (chopped)
1teaspoonpumpkin seeds
1teaspoonsunflower seeds
1teaspoonpomegranate kernels
1teaspoonmint, (chopped)
Instructions
Cooking Directions
In a small bowl or glass, add ½ cup coconut milk yogurt.
Add mixed berries and layer rest of coconut yogurt on top.
Pile on mangoes, dates, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
