Ingredients
2sprigsfresh rosemary, (plus more for serving)
1tablespoonfresh ginger, (grated)
Kosher salt
1cupfresh lemon juice, (plus more to taste)
1/2cupagave nectar
Lemon slices, (for serving)
Instructions
Bring 6 cups water to boil in saucepan. a
Remove pan from heat and add rosemary, ginger, and pinch of salt, then cover and steep for 30 minutes.
Strain mixture into a pitcher and cool to room temperature.
Stir lemon juice, agave nectar, and 2 cups cold water into a pitcher.
Add more lemon juice or agave nectar to taste.
Serve over ice with more rosemary and/or lemon slices if desired.
