Ginger Rosemary Lemonade

With subtle hints of ginger and rosemary, this lemonade is a real crowd-pleaser and thirst quencher at any summer event! The ginger gives it a bit of tang while the rosemary adds a bit of earthiness, and the agave and salt make it the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (plus more for serving)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (plus more to taste)
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • Lemon slices (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Bring 6 cups water to boil in saucepan. a

  2. Remove pan from heat and add rosemary, ginger, and pinch of salt, then cover and steep for 30 minutes. 

  3. Strain mixture into a pitcher and cool to room temperature.

  4. Stir lemon juice, agave nectar, and 2 cups cold water into a pitcher. 

  5. Add more lemon juice or agave nectar to taste.

  6. Serve over ice with more rosemary and/or lemon slices if desired.
