Ginger Rosemary Lemonade
With subtle hints of ginger and rosemary, this lemonade is a real crowd pleaser and thirst quencher at any summer event! The ginger gives it a bit of tang while the rosemary adds a bit of earthiness, and the agave and salt make it the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors.

Ingredients
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (plus more for serving)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- Kosher salt
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (plus more to taste)
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- Lemon slices (for serving)
Instructions

Bring 6 cups water to boil in saucepan.

Remove pan from heat and add rosemary, ginger, and pinch of salt, then cover and steep for 30 minutes.

Strain mixture into pitcher and cool to room temperature.

Stir lemon juice, agave nectar, and 2 cups cold water into pitcher.

Add more lemon juice or agave nectar to taste.

Serve over ice with more rosemary and/or lemon slices if desired.
