Ingredients
2cupswater
1inchgrated organic ginger
1inchgrated organic turmeric OR 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
5crushed whole green cardamom
4whole peppercorns
5whole cloves
1tablespoongoji berries
1tablespoonhoney
Instructions
Place water, ginger, turmeric, cardamom, peppercorn, cloves, and goji berries in a pot and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in honey.
Strain mix and enjoy tea hot. If you prefer tea cold, bring strained tea mix to room temperature, then in a shaker or blender mix with ice cubes and serve.
