Ingredients
1/3cupwalnuts
1/3cupalmonds
1/3cuppistachios
1cupalmond meal
1/4cupliquefied coconut oil
1/4cupmaple syrup
1tablespooncinnamon
1tablespoonpure vanilla extract
1cupstrawberries, (quartered)
1cupraspberries
1cupblackberries
1cupblueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In pan, mix together nuts and roast in oven for 10 minutes. Crush nuts into small chunks or leave whole.
In bowl, combine roasted nuts, almond meal, coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
In individual ramekins, spread 1 tablespoon nut mixture on bottom.
Top with mixed berries and finish with another layer of nut mixture.
