A lot of times in my house, green beans replace salads for our daily dose of greens. I just love it when I can get my hands on some super-fresh green beans at the local farmers market. I like to roast them with rosemary for an intense woody flavor and add walnuts for crunch.

Ingredients
1 1/4poundsgreen beans, (trimmed)
1/2cupwalnuts, (chopped)
1 1/2tablespoonsfresh rosemary, (finely chopped)
1tablespoonolive oil
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
Toss all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Spread on a rimmed baking sheet and roast until beans are tender and browned in spots (about 15-17 minutes), stirring occasionally.
