My super-secret guacamole recipe was just too good not to share. This is a foolproof recipe, and the simple ingredients are very flavorful. I prefer ripe avocados, so I purchase them 2-3 days before I want to make the guac, then I leave them on the kitchen counter to ripen. We can never have enough of this guac!

Ingredients
1/2medium red onion, (diced)
1/2jalapeno pepper, (seeded, minced, optional)
4cherry red tomatoes, (diced)
1/4cupcilantro, (chopped)
1clovegarlic, (minced)
1/4cupcorn
1lime, (juiced)
1/2teaspoonhimalayan salt
1/2teaspoonroasted cumin, (ground)
2Haas avocados, (halved, seeded, peeled)
Instructions
In large bowl, add all ingredients EXCEPT avocados.
Mix well and let mixture sit for 2 minutes.
Add avocados and mash using potato masher or back of fork.
Mix well and serve immediately with corn chips. This can be refrigerated for up to 2 hours.
