Ingredients
2buncheskale, (Lacinato, Dinosaur or Tuscan)
1teaspoonsea salt
1tablespoonlemon juice
3tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonwhole grain mustard
1tablespoonhoney
1/2cupgrapes, (halved)
1tablespoonpine nuts
Instructions
Remove kale leaves from stems and slice super-thin.
Put kale in large bowl and sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
Mix really well and let sit for 5 minutes.
While kale is sitting, whisk oil, mustard, and honey.
In salad bowl, mix together kale, grapes, and pine nuts.
