Ingredients
1apple, (medium, diced)
1grapefruit, (cut in segments)
1medium pomegranate, (seeded)
2cupsromaine lettuce, (chopped)
1tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1teaspoonsalt
Freshly ground pepper
1tablespoonlemon juice
Instructions
Place diced apple, grapefruit segments, and pomegranate seeds in a salad bowl.
Add romaine lettuce and mix well.
Add balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
