Banana Bread with Nuts and Figs Recipe

This Banana Bread  is a guilt-free treat

No Oil or butter No added sugar

all-purpose flour whole wheat flour ground flaxseed baking soda cinnamon kosher salt ripe bananas  maple syrup almond milk unsweetened applesauce vanilla extract chopped walnuts chopped figs


Step 1

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients.

Step 2

In a bowl mix all wet ingredients - mashed bananas, maple syrup, almond milk, applesauce, and vanilla.

Step 3

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just incorporated.

Step 4

Fold in figs and nuts.

Step 6

Pour batter into a bread loaf pan.  Bake for 50-60 minutes.


PERFECT guilt-free  snack, dessert or breakfast.
