Cervo Puro

A meal at Cervo Puro is never disappointing; it’s definitely my family’s favorite restaurant in Zermatt. This time we started our meal with amazing whole grain bread served with assortments of flavored butter, then we had an amazing greens and fruit salad, and for the main course we had risotto and oven-roasted vegetables that, again, the chef prepared specially for us because we requested a vegetarian meal. Cervo Puro always has just the right balance of rustic, home-cooked food with a modern twist and a touch of glamor.
