    If your physician or nutritionist has recommended a plant-based diet but you’re struggling with how to make the change, Shikha can provide support and help you make long-term changes to improve overall health.

  2. Cooking At Home

    Learn how to make healthy, whole-food, plant-based meals from scratch in the comfort of your own home. The menu will be based on your preferences and the session will include reviews of groceries, recipes, and ideas for future meals.

  3. WFPB Crash Course

    All you need is five hours to learn everything you need to know about a healthy, whole food, plant-based diet and lifestyle. Shikha will answer all of your questions, and together you will set personal goals and create a roadmap detailing how to achieve those goals.

  4. Grocery Navigation

    Shopping for groceries in stores and online can be overwhelming, and reading labels can be confusing. It’s important to know what items and brands to stay away from. Shikha will coach you on how to bring home the healthiest possible groceries for you and your family.

    • Explanation of differences between junk food and healthy, plant-based food

  5. Pantry CLEANOUT

    Preparing healthy, whole-food, plant-based meals requires a well-stocked pantry in terms of both food and equipment. Shikha will help you go through your pantry, fridge, and freezer (no judgment!) to guide you on what to keep and what to get rid of, and, more importantly, why to keep or get rid of them.

  6. Group Cooking Parties
