Gracias Madre

A plant-based vegan restaurant — it couldn’t be more perfect for me if it tried! Gracias Madre in the West Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles is the latest hotspot, popular even with non-vegans and vegetarians. Pictured here is their yummy tofu ranchero scramble with broccoli, spinach, onion, mushroom, avocado, salsa ranchero, and black beans, and their flautas de camote with sweet potato, caramelized onion, guacamole, cashew nacho cheese and black beans. The scramble was almost exactly like my own Mexican Scramble recipe!
