Jin Ramen

When my son told me he wanted to try this place, I rolled my eyes and thought, “No, not another ramen restaurant!” But, much to my surprise, this particular ramen restaurant is vegan heaven. They make their ramen from scratch and fly most of their ingredients in from Japan, and everything is made fresh to order. This little slice of Japan in New York City has it all — ramen, soba noodles, rice bowls, tofu; you name it. We are definitely coming back to this location, and we look forward to trying out their original Harlem location.
