Ever wonder where I shop for all my recipe ingredients? While not technically a restaurant, Kalustyan’s is a true spice heaven in middle of Murray Hill. Every time I go here I walk out with a new spice I hadn’t heard of before! In addition to spices, they sell beans, grains, flours, fresh baklava, dried flower teas (jasmine and rose are my favorites), and more than a dozen kinds of salt. And, not to sound like a walking advertisement for them, they accept online orders and deliver all over the country. They make it so easy to cook healthy, vegan, and vegetarian!
