Per Se

Widely regarded as one of the best restaurants in the entire world, and certainly one of the best in the United States, for many years running, Thomas Keller’s Per Se is the perfect location to spend special occasions like Valentine’s Day, which is exactly what my husband and I did this year. Keller and his team are true magicians in terms of food, beverage, and service, and we just adored this festive grapefruit granite with a shot of tequila.
