The Archer

While this cocktail bar certainly caters to the carnivore crowd, one of the vegetarian options on the menu of The Archer is absolutely delicious: Forest Mushroom Spätzle. Their take on this traditional German dish includes shiitake, hen of the wood, king oyster, white and brown beech, and wood ear mushrooms, and it’s all tossed in a lemon béchamel sauce. Talk about yum!
