Chocolate Spinach Smoothie
This is my go-to breakfast or snack. Packed with all the superfoods, protein, and healthy fats you could ever want or need, this smoothie keeps me full and going all morning long. Plus, with this drink, I often skip my morning espresso!
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, (chilled)
- 1/4 cup vegan protein powder
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup blueberries or raspberries
- 1 tablespoon coconut, (unsweetened, dried)
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to high-speed blender.
- Mix well for 1 minute.
