Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites
This 5-ingredient recipe is super-easy to make and oh-so-satisfying. The combination of rich dark chocolate and crunchy peanut butter really hits the spot. I always have these guilt-free bites in the refrigerator and eat them as a pre-workout snack or post-dinner, healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, (pitted)
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter, (crunchy)
- 1/4 cup dairy-free dark chocolate, (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
Instructions
- If dates are dry, soak in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain well.
- Pulse dates in a food processor until in small pieces.
- Add oats, chocolate, chia seeds, and peanut butter, and pulse until fully combined.
- Roll into 1-inch balls, using the warmth of your hands to mold together.
- Leave in fridge or freezer for 15 minutes to set.
- Take out and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
