Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

This 5-ingredient recipe is super-easy to make and oh-so-satisfying. The combination of rich dark chocolate and crunchy peanut butter really hits the spot. I always have these guilt-free bites in the refrigerator and eat them as a pre-workout snack or post-dinner, healthy dessert.

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Allergens: Nuts

  • 1 cup dates (pitted)
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy)
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats

  1. If dates are dry, soak in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain well.

  2. Pulse dates in a food processor until in small pieces.

  3. Add oats, chocolate, chia seeds, and peanut butter, and pulse until fully combined.

  4. Roll into 1-inch balls, using the warmth of your hands to mold together.

  5. Leave in fridge or freezer for 15 minutes to set.

  6. Take out and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

Bon appétit!
