- 8 oz pure agave tequila (silver)
- 3 Thai chili peppers (sliced)
- 4 oz Patron Citronge Orange
- 4 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz agave syrup
- 3 curry leaves
- Ice cubes
- 1 lime wedge
Place tequila and 2 sliced Thai chili peppers in glass jar and seal.
Shake and place in dark, cool cabinet, and allow to infuse for 1-2 days.
After 1-2 days, in cocktail mixer or blender, add infused tequila, Patron Citrónge Orange, lime juice, agave syrup, curry leaves, and ice cubes, and mix well.
Strain into glass and garnish with lime wedge, 1 curry leaf, and 1 Thai chili pepper.
