Herb-Infused White Sangria

No ratings yet
Beat the heat this summer with some fruity herb-infused white sangria, minus the heavy liqueur and sugar! There’s no need to use an expensive white wine because the fruit and herbs do all the flavor work, especially after it sits overnight in the refrigerator (or 4-5 hours before serving). Simply pour this light and refreshing fruity cocktail over some ice cubes and sip away!
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 medium orange (zest and slices)
  • 1 lime (zest and slices)
  • 6 strawberries (thinly sliced)
  • 1 spring mint leaves
  • 1 bottle white wine (Pinot Grigio for dry, Riesling for sweet)

Instructions

  • Wash all fruits and herbs well.
  • Use a vegetable peeler to get zest of orange and lime.
  • Slice all fruit.
  • In a large mason jar or pitcher with a cap, pour wine and add mint and fruit, then close the cap and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, pour over ice cubes.
