  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Allergens: Nuts
  • Servings: 10

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hulled hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened protein powder (I use pea protein)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until completely incorporated. If the dough is too dry or crumbly to form into balls, add tablespoon of peanut butter or maple syrup until the desired texture is achieved.

  2. Once dough can be formed well, roll it into 10 equal-sized balls (about 1 tablespoon of dough each).

  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

BON APPÉTIT!
