This is by far the cleanest, healthiest, yummiest, and easiest dessert out there. With just 4 clean and healthy ingredients and ready in under 20 minutes, what’s not to love about these stuffed dates? There’s no added fat and no added sugar, just clean and natural sugar, fats, and flavors.

  • 30 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup pistachios (finely chopped)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix walnuts, cardamom, and pistachios. 

  3. To pit dates, make small slits lengthwise and discard pits.

  4. Fill each date with 1/2-1 teaspoon of mixture.  

  5. Arrange dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes.

  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
