Mexican Spice Peanuts
These homemade cayenne and lime peanuts and my Chili Lime Margarita go perfectly together -- serve them at your next party and your guests will go wild!
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1/2 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients to bowl and stir well to coat.
- Add nuts to lined baking sheet and add to oven.
- Bake in oven until dry (20-25 minutes).
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
