Mexican Spice Peanuts

These homemade cayenne and lime peanuts and my Chili Lime Margarita go perfectly together -- serve them at your next party and your guests will go wild!

Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup raw peanuts
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add all ingredients to bowl and stir well to coat.
  • Add nuts to lined baking sheet and add to oven.
  • Bake in oven until dry (20-25 minutes).
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
