Mexican Spice Peanuts
These homemade cayenne and lime peanuts and my Chili Lime Margarita go perfectly together -- serve them at your next party and your guests will go wild!

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1/2 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add all ingredients to bowl and stir well to coat.

Add nuts to lined baking sheet and add to oven.

Bake in oven until dry (20-25 minutes).

Serve immediately or store in airtight container.
