Broccoli Stir Fry

Broccoli Stir Fry
A good stir fry is a family favorite -- broccoli is my kids’ favorite vegetable and my husband loves all Indian flavors, and this dish has both. I love making a stir fry because it’s so quick, and the vegetables are crunchy and packed with nutrients. I often make serve this dish with dal or chana masala; it’s great as a side dish or a main dish!
