Chocolate Truffles

Chocolate Truffles

These vegan chocolate truffles are incredibly easy to make, and very sweet and very satisfying. I try to make them whenever I have some free time on my hands, and then I store them in the fridge so that whenever my kids ask for something sweet or need a little snack between meals, I can offer these truffles and know I'm feeding them something nutritious!
