Green Goddess Juice

This juice is truly a green goddess; my family can’t start our days without it! It’s ideal to start getting your daily dose of greens first thing in the morning, but this is also a great drink for after going on a long run or when you just need a good, healthy, filling snack.

Ingredients

  • 5 ribs celery
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 medium green apple
  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 3 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 handful parsley leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Sea salt
  • 1/2 inch ginger root

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except lime juice and chia seeds through juicer.  
  2. Mix in lemon juice, chia seeds, and sea salt.  
  3. Serve immediately.
